[Abstract] Objective Toexplorethevalueofassessingthefingertipssmallvascularflowofpatientswithsystemiclupus

ses)．HighfrequencyultrasonographycombinedwitheFlow imagingwasusedtOdisplaythecourseanddistributionofsmall
vesselsatmiddlefingertipoftherighthand．Andthentheratioofpixelsinvascularandnailbedwascalculated．Results ①
Innormalcontrolgroup，thebranches，ramusanastomoticusandvascularnetoffingertipcouldbedisplayedclearlyandcon—
