铸造技术 Vol . 27 No . 10 ·1098 · FOUNDR Y T EC HN OL O GY Oct . 2006 硅酸乙酯水玻璃复合型壳在精密铸造中的应用 杨兵兵1 ,2 ,范志康1 ( 1. 西安理工大学材料科学与工程学院 ,陕西 西安 7 10048 ;2 . 陕西工业职业技术学院 ,陕西 咸阳 7 12000) 摘要 :介绍了硅酸乙酯水玻璃涂料的配制过程及复合型壳工艺 。复合型壳工艺用于精铸件的生产 ,面层 、第二层用硅酸乙酯 石英粉涂料 ,从第三层开始采用水玻璃石英粉 、铝矾土涂料 。结果表明 ,与原水玻璃型壳相比,硅酸乙酯水玻璃复合型壳强度 好 ,尤其表面质量好 ,铸件的表面粗糙度达到 R a3 . 2 左右 ,在成本增加不大的情况下 ,能较大幅度的提高铸件的综合性能 ,表 现出了良好的综合效益 。该工艺较适合于原来水玻璃型壳旧工艺 、旧车间的技术改造 。 关键词 :硅酸乙酯 ;水玻璃 ;复合型壳 ;精密铸造 中图分类号 : T G249 . 5 　　文献标识码 :A 　　文章编号 (2006) Ap p li c a t i o n of Et h y l Sili c a t eW a t e r Gl a s s C o mp l e x S h e ll i n t h e In v e s t m e n t Ca s t i n g Pr o d u c t i o n YANG Bingbing1 , 2 , FAN Zhikang1 ( 1.
