芳香植物精油抑菌性研究及成分分析 1999 级生物技术专业 杨森艳 指导教师：孟庆伟 教授 姚雷 副教授 摘要 ：对三种芳香植物精油的抑菌作用进行了研究并对其成分进行了分析。选择了蕲艾 (Arlemisia argyi cv qiai) ，柠檬草(Cymbopogon citrates) ，迷迭香(Rosmrlinus officinalis) ，用水蒸 气蒸馏法提取了叶片中的精油成分，进行了精油对所选的六种菌(大肠杆菌 Escherichia coli 、 金黄色葡萄球菌 Staphyloccus aureus 、枯草杆菌 Bacillus subtilis 、沙门氏菌 Salmonella typhimurium、青霉Penicitlium sp. 、酵母Hansenula sp.) 的抑菌实验。结果表明，以上三种芳香 植物中柠檬草的精油对所选六种菌的抑制作用最强，具有较强的广普抗菌性。迷迭香和蕲艾 的抑菌作用较柠檬草弱，蕲艾对所选菌中革兰氏阳性菌抑制作用大于它对革兰氏阴性菌的抑 制作用，迷迭香对所选菌的抑制作用都较弱。通过色谱分析,结果表明三种芳香植物的精油中 确实含有抑菌成分。 关键词：抑菌作用；精油成分分析 Bacteriotasis of the essential oil of three aromatic plantsand the analysis of its composition Student : YANG Sen-yan Directors ：MENG Qing-wei Professer YAO Lei Associate Professor Abstract The study was designed mainly to prove that essential oil of three aromatic plants could inhabit the bacteria and fungi. The essential oil was extracted by distillation method. Mugwort (Arlemisia argyi cv qiai), Lemon grass (Cymbopogon citrates) and Rosemary (Rosmrlinus officinalis) were chosed. And then four bacteria and two fungi were cultivated. The essential oil of the three plants was added to the cultivated slab. The result shown that bacteriotasis of essential oil of Lemon 1 grass was obvious. The effect of essential oil in mugwort and rosemary were less than that in lemon grass. Key words: Bacteriotasis; Essential oil composition 1引 言 芳香植物是兼有香料植物和药用植物共有属性的植物类群，芳香植物以它宜人的香气成 分，特有的药用价值和丰富的营养成分及美丽的色彩在海外备受青睐。尤其是近二十年来由 于化学合成无所不能的神话被打破，芳香植物的利用价值被重新认识。通常人们容易简单地 将芳香植物称为香料植物，或者单纯称它为药用植物，而实际上芳香植物的内涵比这些广阔 得多，一般认为芳香植物的体内含有以下四大成分[1] ：芳香成分、药用成分、营养成分、色素 成分，这些成分既提高了芳香植物的利用价值，又加宽了芳香植物的利用领域。除了以上四 种成分外，大部分芳香植物还含有抗氧化物质和抗菌成分。目前在世界上比较流行的食用和 绿化用的芳
