II. Enable students to describe some the possible difficulties that the disabled have to overcome.
III. Enable students to know what still waits for us to do for the disabled.
The goals of moral education:
i. Enable students to know that they should respect the disabled and help them warmly, because the disabled can do something as well as or better than normal people if they are helped.
ii. Enable students to get something from Zhong Xiaowen and other disabled people’s success. That is, there is nothing difficult in the world, if you stick to it.
Teaching important points:
Help students to describe the difficulties the disabled are faced with with the target language in this unit.
Help students to understand the text better.
