Lack of money restricted development of private enterprise seriously . The problem of financing for private enterprises has become the biggest obstacle to restrain their development. The financing difficulties for many reasons both internal reasons and external financial environment such as credit is weak, credit concept faint. Low level of management, management personnel quality is not high, the mortgage assets what can be used is limited, external financial environment like commercial Banks incentive mechanism, management system, there is a lack of government’s support etc. Correspondingly, concludes that the key to solving financing difficulty is to improve their credit guarantee system and capital market, add support from the government, and increase the quality of private enterprises. perfect commercial bank credit authorization system, development of private enterprises, regulating the financing channels of private enterprise management, establish and perfect the small and medium sized financial institutions, fundamentally solved or relieve the financing difficulties of private enterprises.
