毕业论文 （20_ _届） 千岛湖旅游度假区发展战略研究 摘 要 随着“黄金周”的深入，其极大地推动了度假旅游的发展，加之国家旅游局着手推动“三区(生态旅游示范区、旅游度假区和旅游扶贫区)”建设，旅游度假区的立项和建设已经成为全国性的热潮。 随着度假旅游的快速发展和旅游度假区之间竞争的加剧，定位核心客源市场，形成度假区特色，及满足旅客多方面的需求成为旅游度假区发展的新趋势，并且千岛湖旅游活动规模的逐步扩大和旅游产业地位的提高，必须重新审视千岛湖旅游度假区发展中的一些重大问题和面临的新挑战，因此目前迫切需要有完善的发展规划来指导千岛湖旅游度假区的发展。 本文基于此情况出发，借鉴了国内外的先进经验和理论对度假区进行了详细地规划研究，并且在总结前人关于度假旅游发展战略理论与实践研究的基础上，结合当前旅游发展中出现的新现象和新问题，探讨了以SWOT分析要素为核心，综合分析旅游度假发展的优势、劣势、机会和挑战等相关因素，运用较新的旅游发展理念对千岛湖旅游度假区发展战略问题进行理论与实证相结合的研究。分析千岛湖资源特色、区域市场，试图更多地发掘千岛湖旅游竞争潜力，并深入分析千岛湖旅游业的综合竞争能力，在此基础上制定旅游度假业的战略发展目标，提出了符合千岛湖实际，且能实施的旅游度假区发展战略。 关键词：Abstract With the in-depth golden week holidays，Its greatly promoted the development of the vacation traveling,together with the national tourism administration to promote Eco-tourism demonstration abbasov (tourism, tourist resorts and FuPinOu) construction,tourist resort project and construction has become nationwide boom. With the rapid development of the vacation traveling with tourist resort competency intensifying,positioning core tourist market,form resort features,and meet passenger various demand, becoming the new trend of development of tourist resort,and the Qiandao lake tourist activities of gradually expand the scale and the status of and tourism industry,must re-examine the Qiandao lake tourist resort of some major problems and develop new challenge.So there is an urgent need for a perfect development plan to guide the Qiandao lake tourist resort development.
