毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波民营企业家的素质现状与提升研究 摘 要 社会经济的发展始终离不开民营经济的贡献，而民营企业家的素质特征直接影响着民营企业的成败，关系民营经济的好坏。一个人能不能成为一名优秀的民营企业家，发展壮大他的企业，在很大因素上取决于四项企业家的素质要求：即品德素质、人格素质、知识素质和能力素质。因此，近年来，民营企业家的素质特征不仅仅成为民营企业家协会的焦点，也成为各级政府和相关学者关注的焦点之一。本研究从宁波的实际情况出发，通过查阅书籍、报刊以及互联网获得相关方面的资料，对宁波民营企业家进行问卷调查，对他们的素质特征进行了调查研究，结果表明:(1)宁波民营企业家的思想品德较高，大多能诚信经营、遵纪守法；(2)人格素质较理想，能够脚踏实地，有较强的机遇意识和思考探索能力；(3)管理能力欠缺，思想仍旧保守，在决策上缺乏客观性、合理性；(4)知识水平不高，素质偏低，但能意识到自身弱点，抓紧学习以改善自身条件。在分析宁波民营企业家素质特征和存在问题的基础上，提出了积极改善宁波民营企业家素质的相关对策。 关键词：Abstract The development of social economy always inseparable from the support of private economy, and private entrepreneurs directly influences the quality characteristics of private enterprise success or failure, the stand or fall of private economic relationship. A person can become an excellent private entrepreneurs, develop his enterprise, in large factors depends on the quality requirement of four entrepreneurs: namely moral character, personality quality, the knowledge quality and ability quality. Therefore, in recent years, private entrepreneurs quality features not only become the focus of private entrepreneurs association, also become governments at all levels and the relevant scholars focus. This study from Ningbos actual conditions, access to books, newspaper and Internet access to relevant information, private entrepreneurs in Ningbo, carried on the questionnaire survey, conducted a study. The results show that: (1) the Ningbo private entrepreneurs ideology and moral character is higher, mostly to the good faith management, the law. (2) personality quality is ideal, can be down-to-earth, a strong opportunity awareness and thinking and exploring ability. (3) management capacity lack, thought in decision-making on conservative, still lack of objectivity, rationality.
