毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江家族企业引入职业经理人存在的问题及其对策 摘 要 家族企业经过20多年的快速发展，已经成为推动浙江经济增长和结构调整的核心力量之一。在创业初期，家族式管理模式确实极大的促进了家族企业的快速成长。然而随着规模的扩大、竞争的激烈、市场的规范等等，有些家族企业的管理模式阻碍了企业的发展。突破家族管理瓶颈，家族企业引入职业经理人已经成为这些家族企业谋求不断发展、壮大的客观要求。越来越多的企业已经意识到专业化管理的紧迫性。然而，家族企业在引入职业经理人时却困难重重。似乎从一见钟情到互相猜疑，再到不欢而散，己成为家族企业与职业经理人必须面对的三部曲。 本文通过走访调查了浙江的一些家族企业，考察了一些典型浙江家族企业的经营状况，采取问卷调查的方法，并利用社会统计分析软件SPSS对问卷的调查结果做实证分析。通过对家族企业的企业主与职业经理人的统计结果的对比分析，重点研究了浙江家族企业引入职业经理人的发展现状，对引入经理人存在的问题进行探讨，最后从家族企业本身，职业经理人和外部相关环境三个角度深入分析了浙江家族企业引入职业经理人的发展前景。 本文旨在探讨解决浙江家族企业管理资源的匮乏，转变当前浙江家族企业的管理模式，为职业经理人的发展提供建议、并拓展他们的发展的空间，为职业经理人制度的建设提出相应的对策建议，促进家族企业和职业经理人市场的健康发展。 关键词：浙江；家族企业；职业经理人；对策 Abstract After 20 years of rapid development, family enterprises has become the core force of promoting economic growth and structural adjustment of Zhejiang province. Family-based management mode has promoted the rapid growth of family enterprises at startup. However, some family business management hindered the development of enterprises with the expansion of the scale, intense competition, and market norms. To break the bottlenecks of family management, bring professional manager into family enterprise has become the need of constant development for family enterprises. More and more enterprises have realized the urgency of professional management. However, introducing professional manager into family business is facing lots of difficulties. It seems like to be the trilogy between family enterprise and professional managers, stating with love to suspicion then breakup. Author visited and investigated some family businesses in Zhejiang by using questionnaire to get typical operating conditions of the family business and analyze data via software SPSS. Through comparative analysis of the family business owners and professional managers, author focus on three aspects of prospects of professional managers’ introduction to family business which is the current development of family enterprises in Zhejiang, the problems with professional managers’ introduction and
