Abstract：Thenanosizedfluorhydroxyapatite(FHA)weresynthesizedbyanaqueousprecipitationmethod．Theef-
fectsofsynthesistemperature，molarratioofNH4FtoCa(NO3)z4·HzOintheinitialreagents[n(F-)n／(Caz)]nadthepH
valueonhtefluoridesubstitutionwereinvestigated．Thephasecompositionandhtechangeofcrystal structurewere
characterizedbyX—raydiffraction(XRD)nadFouriertransform infrraedspectroscope(FT-IR)．Themorphologyof
FHAwasobservedbyTrnasmissionelectronmicroscope(TEM)．Theresultsshowhtatcrystallatticeparametersand
bondenergymakechangesbyincoprorationofF-ioninhtestructure．Th esizeandaspectratioofFHA crystalsin_
creaseastheprecipitationtemperaturena dfluorideconcentration．ThephasecompositionofFHAismainlycontrolled
bythepH value．ConsideringthepossibilityofacompetitionbetweenOH-andF foroccupationofhteOH-site，high
pH valueisn’tconductivetohtefluoridesubstitution．
