Abstract: Based on the discussion on a few questions about the expermi ental teach ing reform that should be considered
by labs director such as functions of expermi ental teach ing, relation betw een theory teach ing and expermi ental teach ing,
quality requirem ent of expermi ental teacher, essence of innovative ability and quality cultivation, th is article proposed that
labs d irectormust p lay a role of propagand ist, designer and operator, and only by that the expermi ental teach ing reform
can be promoted.
