摘要 我国《宪法》、《义务教育法》和《残疾人教育条例》都明确规定，国家保 障残疾人受教育的权利，国家应该为包括残疾儿童在内的所有儿童提供保证质 量的义务教育。为残疾儿童提供良好的特殊教育主要是针对残疾学生的教育， 是提高残疾人素质、帮助残疾人自强、自立、获得平等参与社会生活的根本途 径。行走能力是人参与社会生活的一种基本必须的能力，由于盲童视觉的缺失， 使到盲童在身体形态、身体素质出现各种问题，进而导致盲童行走能力的低下。 为了使盲童日后能够顺利融入、回归正常的社会生活，盲童的行走能力是必须 要在教育过程中得到重视并且要得到有效的提高。为此，利用文献资料法、观 察法、专家访谈法、实验法、数据统计法等科研方法，从体育教学的角度出发， 探索体育教学对盲童行走能力的影响，以及体育教学对提高盲童行走能力的效 果。 关键词：体育教学；盲童；行走能力 I ABSTRACT Chinas constitution , Compulsory Education Law and the individuals with Disabilities Education Regulations are clearly defined, the state guarantees the right to education for the disabled, the state should provide assurance of the quality of compulsory education for all children, including disabled children. To provide special education good for disabled children is mainly aimed at the education of students with disabilities, is the fundamental way to improve the quality, to help the disabled self-improvement, self-reliance, equal participation in social life. Walking ability is a basic ability of people to participate in social life, due to the lack of vision to blind, blind children appear all sorts of problems in the body shape, physical quality, leading to blind walking ability. In order to make the blind can smoothly into the future, a normal social life, ability to walk the blind must be in the process of education to get attention and to effectively improve. Therefore, using literature method, observation method, expert interview method, experimental method, data statistics and other research methods, starting from the angle of PE teaching, explore the impact of physical education on the blind walking ability, as well as sports teaching to improve the blind walking ability effect.
