Employee motivation theory as well as on staff retention of Enlightenment

[ Abstract ] This article reviews the incentive theory, and explain the incentive for employees is how to influence the organization of staff retention and their other acts. In addition to explain the importance of retaining key employees, the author also describes and explains the relevant incentive theory incentive theory to the development and implementation of retention program enlightenment. The last part of the article expounds how to use the incentive theory to explain the effective employee retention, as well as how to use the effort as to improve organizational performance strategy.
Todays labour market competition is very intense, plenty of evidence to suggest that, regardless of a size of organization, ability of science and technology, the focus of the market and other factors, how to face the challenges of employee retention. 911 before the terrorist attacks, bureau of national affairs in a report ( 1998), the past ten years the employee turnover rate soared to 1.3% per month, reaching the highest value. Organization does have a lot of employee retention practices, but rarely from the sound theory and development. Swanson ( 2001) emphasizing the theory should not only has academic sex, also be confirmed in practice, can serve as a significant progress in the foundation.
Based on the organization for employee retention tremendous effort and investment, we have reason to the organizations staff remain behind the incentive theory for identification, analysis and criticism. Low unemployment rate will force many organizational review staff retention strategies, in order to maintain and improve their competitiveness, but they rarely based on existing theories to develop the strategy.
