摘 要 机电产业是我国外贸出口的支柱产业，机电产品比较优势的强弱不仅影响到我国对外贸易，而且对我国国民经济的持续稳定发展具有重要意义。随着全球经济的复苏，我国机电产品的出口额也实现了稳步、快速增长，机电产业已经成为中国工业和外贸的支柱产业。尤其，以加工贸易方式出口的机电产品优势十分明显。然而，我们在欣喜机电产品出口量增加的同时，通过分折、建立出口竞争力评价体系也看到了存在的问题或未来面临的威胁。 欣荣贸易有限公司为主营业务的企业，主导产品是采煤机变频调速装置。论文从欣荣贸易有限公司国际化背景与国内外研究现状入手，运用SWOT分析法对欣荣贸易有限公司国际化发展进行优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等分析，并制定出以国际联盟战略和国际扩张战略为主的国际化发展战略，同时采取虚拟化生产方式以及优化资源配置等方式进行战略实施，从而推进欣荣贸易有限公司进程。 摘要：国际化 SWOT 战略 Abstract Electromechanical industry is the cornerstone industry of our country.
