20t桥式起重机设计 摘 要 桥式起重机是横架于车间、仓库和料场上空进行物料吊运的起重设备。它是使用范围最广、数量最多的一种起重机械。桥式起重机由桥架、小车运行机构、大车运行机构和电气设备构成。起升机构滑轮组采用双联滑轮组，重物在升降过程中没有水平移动，起升过程平稳，且钢丝绳的安装和更换容易。在起升机构中还涉及到钢丝绳、吊钩，减速器、联轴器、电动机和制动器的选择等。小车运行机构中涉及小车轮压计算、减速器、联轴器、电动机和制动器的选择计算等。小车上装有起升机构和运行机构，可以带着吊起的物品沿桥架上的轨道运行。于是桥架的前后运行和小车沿桥架的运行以及起升机构的升降动作，三者所构成的立体空间范围是桥式起重机吊运物品的有效空间。通用桥式起重机一般都具有三个机构:起升机构、小车运行机构和大车运行机构。另外还包括栏杆、司机室等。本论文研究的是电动双梁桥式起重机，额定起重量20t。设计的主要内容是小车运行机构和小车的起升机构的设计计算，大车的运行机构的主要计算。 关键词： 桥式起重机；起升机构；小车运行机构； 校核; 许用应力 ABSTRACT Bridge crane is a horizontal plane in workshop, warehouse and yard over rigger materials lifting equipment. It is to use the widest range, the largest number of a kind of hoisting machinery. Bridge crane from the bridge, trolley traveling mechanism, traveling mechanism and electrical equipment. The lifting motion and bridge before and after operation and the car along the bridge run and the lifting mechanism, three formed by the three-dimensional space is the effective space bridge crane lifting goods. General bridge crane generally has three institutions: the hoisting mechanism, car and trolley travelling mechanism. Also, railings, cab etc.. This paper is a study of electric double-beam bridge crane, rated lifting weight 20T. The main content of design is the design and calculation of the trolley body and the carriage lifting mechanism, operation mechanism of the main computational cart.
