492Q气缸盖卧式双端面组合铣床夹具设计 姓名：何威 班级：机械工程及自动化 指导老师：孙未 摘要 汽缸盖是发动机的几大关键之一，零件尺寸较小，但结构形状复杂，有若干精度要求较高的平面和孔系。这里主要分析和设计的是汽缸盖零件专用夹具。通过查阅各种相关书籍，分析缸盖的结构及其功能，编写了缸盖零件的加工工艺；经过计算选择其切削用量、选择机床和工艺设备，设计出了专用夹具。夹具的出现可靠地保证加工精度，提高整体工作效率，减轻劳动强度，充分发挥和扩大机床的工艺性能。 夹具是机械加工不可缺少的部件，在机床技术向高速、高效、精密、复合、智能、环保方向发展的带动下，夹具技术正朝着高精、高效、模块、组合、通用、经济方向发展。 夹具系统的设计占了很重的比例，夹具能否快速有效的装夹工件直接关系到铣床在铣汽缸盖端面时的加工效率和加工质量。在选择定位方案的时候，关键从定位精度和效率考虑，再综合整体布局合理性方面，采用了“一面两销”的定位方案。 关键词：加工工艺，缸盖，专用夹具，一面两销。 492Q dual-cylinder head-end combination of horizontal milling fixture design ?Abstrct: Engine Cylinder Head is one of several key parts of smaller sizes, but the structure of complex shape, there are a number of high precision and holes in the plane.
