基于价值链升级的制造企业价值链创新路
径研究

摘要：借助全球价值链参与国际分工是我国制造业发展的基本途径，而价值链低端化严重减
缓制造企业实现产业升级的步伐，这就需要我们探讨突破全球价值链低端环节的路径，实现
跨越式发展。本文基于价值链创新的视角对全球价值链的价值创造环节进行分析，证实了微
笑曲线的存在性以及价值创造环节在全球范围内的重新组合的趋势，提出价值链创新路径即
10 高级生产者服务嵌入、外围环节切入、战略联盟、跨企业信息协作平台等等。这些路径不仅
增强企业间知识溢出和学习效应，而且有助于摆脱低端化的困境。结合实际案例，本文得出
本土制造企业突破价值链“低端锁定”要做到高级要素先行，多点嵌入跟进，动态持续深化，
多环节合作共赢。

The study on path of the innovation of value chain in
manufacturing firm based on the promotion of value chain

Abstract: Embedding in global value chain to participate in international labor division is the
basic approach to develop our country’s manufacture industry. However, the lower level of value
chain slow the pace of industrial upgrading of manufacture industry, we need research on the
mechanism of breaking through the “low -locked” to achieve leapfrog development. Based on the
25 perspectives of the innovation of value chain, this paper analyzes the link of value creation in
global value chain, proves the existence of “smiling curve” and the tendency of recombination of
the link of value creation around the world. The path on the innovation of value chain are provided
which includes the insertion of APS, the plunge of external connections, the platform of
