中国科技论文在线 经营环境与农村企业支农贡献 葛丽梅，米增渝** （中国农业大学经济管理学院，北京100083 ） 5 摘要：农村企业在支农补农方面做出了巨大贡献，而经营环境对其产生很大影响。本文通过 对2006 年农村企业调查数据进行分析，重点考察了经营环境的五个方面对农村企业支农贡 献的影响，设立三个假说，通过计量检验得出结论，结果显示不同的经营环境对农村企业 支农贡献存在着不同的影响：社会环境对农村企业吸纳农村劳动力有一定的负效用；信用 10 环境对农村企业补农建农资金的投入有正面影响；资金环境和市场环境对农村企业对农村 社会事业的支持有促进作用。而改善整体的经营环境能够促进农村企业的支农贡献。 关键词：经营环境；农村企业；支农 中图分类号：F32 15 Business Environment and Contribution of Rural Enterprises Supporting for Agriculture GE Limei, MI Zengyu (College of Economics Management, China Agricultural University, Beijing 100083) Abstract: Rural enterprises make an important contribution on supporting for agriculture, and the 20 business environment has a big effect on it. By analyzing enterprise survey data on rural enterprises of 2006, this article examines the impact of five aspects of business environment on rural enterprises’ supporting for agriculture. Results come out after testing the three hypothesis we set up, they show that different aspects have different effects: the social environment has a negative effect on rural enterprises’ absorbing rural labor, credit environment has a positive 25 impact on rural enterprises’ investing the farming, and financial environment and market environment accelerate rural enterprises’ supporting social undertakings in rural areas. Improving the overall business environment can promote the rural enterprises supporting for agriculture.
