风险管理在路段拆迁改造项目中的应用 Application of Risk Management in the Demolition and Reconstruction Project of Road 专 业 项目管理 准考证号 080212200078 姓 名 许孝慈 指导教师 方明 2013年12月25日 摘 要 随着人类社会的不断发展和科学技术的持续进步，以及城市化水平和人类城市生活需求的不断提升，城市的综合性开发逐渐步入，其中路段的拆迁改造项目即是城市综合开发过程中的一项重要的基础性工程，它为整个城市的综合性开发以及利用提供了包括交通、城市布局、道路规划等各个方面的基础性发展条件，与此同时，路段拆迁改造工程项目也必然会面临较大的风险。曾有学者指出，项目管理的实质就是风险管理，项目管理的过程就是风险管理的过程。基础这一观点，文章立足于对项目风险管理的基本过程和现实意义的阐述，分析了凤霞管理在路段拆迁改造项目中的实际应用，具体阐释了路段拆迁改造项目中的凤霞因素，提出了路段改造项目风险预测的方法和风险控制的相关措施。 关键词：风险管理；路段拆迁改造；工程项目；风险识别；风险控制 Abstract With the continuous progress of the continuous development of human society and science and technology, and continuously upgrade the level of city and human city life demand, comprehensive development of the city has gradually stepped into the road, demolition and reconstruction is an important basic work in the process of city comprehensive development process, it is the citys comprehensive development and utilization provide including traffic, city layout, road planning and other aspects of the basic conditions for development, at the same time, sections of demolition and reconstruction project will face greater risk.
