The present conditions of the shellfish control system of the developed countries such as EU and American were studied. And the countermeasures to break the embargo on shellfish export were presented, including establishing aquiculture, processing and sanitation control standardized system on the shellfish for export, taking the combination control measures on the shellfish aquiculture, shellfish processing and shellfish sanitation control, increasing the level of shellfish sanitation control in China gradually, implementing the shellfish sanitation control system effectively.
