The measure of a country or regions industrial structure is reasonable, the key lies in the industrial structure can play an role in promoting long-term and stable development of national or regional ecomomy. Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai belong to the Ysngtze River Dleta economic zone, economic influence each other, and its industrial structure complementarities. Therefore, this paper selects 1990-2010 years in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai, the three industries and GDP data, and compared the regional industrial structure of present situation, and intercepted 2006-2009 data, through the shift-share analysis comparison analysis, this paper analysis the industrial structure of the three characteristics, and put forward different views according to the different characteristics of the industrial structure .
