中国抗感染化疗杂志2005年10月30日第5卷第5期ChinJInfectChemother,Oct.2005,Vol.5,No.5 301 ·实验研 究 · 铜绿假单胞菌对 10种抗菌药物敏感性分析 吴伟元， 陈升注，何 林，吴劲松，卢月梅，李文青，程锦娥 摘要: 目的 调查我院临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌对10种抗菌药物的敏感性，分析其多重耐药特点，指导临床用药。方法 收集我院2002-2004年临床分离368株铜绿假单胞菌，使用Kirby-Bauer纸片琼脂扩散法测定其对 10种抗菌药物的抑菌环 直径，按NCCLS2002年规定判读结果。结果 ICU分离菌对亚胺培南和美罗培南耐药率为54.3%和52.2%，分别高于非 ICU28.8个百分点和34.7个百分点(P0.01)，对头抱毗肪、头抱他吮和氨曲南的耐药率高于非ICU10.2^-12.6个百分点 (尸0.05);呼吸道标本分离株对呱拉西林、呱拉西林一三哇巴坦、头抱毗肪、亚胺培南、美罗培南、环丙沙星、庆大霉素和阿米 卡星的耐药率高出非呼吸道标本12.2-25.4个百分点(P0.01)，对头抱他咤的耐药率比非呼吸道标本高10.1个百分点(P 0.05)。结论 我院ICU和呼吸道标本分离铜绿假单胞菌对多种抗菌药物的耐药率高于非ICU和非呼吸道标本分离株。 关键词:铜绿假单胞菌;多重耐药;碳青霉烯类 中图分类号:R378.991;R978.1 文献标识码:B 文章编号:1009-7708(2005)05-0301-03 AntimicrobialsusceptibilityofPseudomonasaeruginosa to 10 antimicrobiala- gents WUWei-yuan， CHEN Sheng-wen， HE Lin， WU Jin-song， LU Yue-mei， LIWen-ging， CHENGJin-e.(ShenzhenPeople’sHospital，DepartmentofLaboratoryMedicine，Shenzhen518020， China) Abstract;ObjectiveToinvestigatetheantimicrobialsusceptibilityofPseudomonasaeruginosaisolatedfromhospitalizedpa- tientsduring2002to2004.MethodsDiskdiffusionmethodwasusedtodeterminethesusceptibilityof368strainsofP.aerug- inosato10antibiotics.ResultsOverall,54.30oand52.20oofP.aeruginosaisolatesfromICUpatientswereresistanttoimi- pememandmeropememrespectively.ButtheresistancerateofP.aeruginosaisolatedfromnon-ICUinpatientswas25.50oto imipenemand18.5%tomeropenem.Thedifferencewas28,8and33,7percentagepointsrespectively(P0,01).Theresist- ancerateofisolatesfromICUpatientstocefepime,ceftazidime,aztreonamwasalsohigherthanthatfromnon-ICUinpatients.
