关系管理刍议 —关系管理研究的回顾与展望(注1) If you want to cite this paper, please use the following information: 罗家德，2005，「关系管理刍议－关系管理研究的回顾与展望」，关系管理研究创刊号发刊特稿：1-42。 作者 罗家德(注2) A Review on Relationship Management Author: Luo, Jar-Der 关系管理刍议—关系管理研究的回顾与展望 摘要 本文试着陈述关系管理作为管理学的次领域其范围、理论基础以及应用研究的现况，并提出对此一领域未来的展望。 关系管理的理论基础来自于社会网络理论，此一理论在社会学中发展了四十多年，着重不同关系型态，包括种种资源交换关系和信任关系，以及这些关系形成的网络结构的研究。本文回顾了此一理论如何研究管理学中的议题，包括个人中心网络、企业内关系网络、企业间关系网络以及顾客关系，分别讨论这些子议题中关系型态与网络结构的过去理论发展，并探讨这些理论在管理实务上的应用。最后，本文提出一些未来待研究的议题，以期此一领域能有更多实务研究并成为管理上有用的工具。 关键词: 关系管理、社会网络理论、社会网络分析、顾客关系管理、企业关系管理、社会资本 全文不含首頁、摘要、註釋與參考文獻，正文計21347個字 Abstract This paper tries to delineate the scope and theoretical base of relationship management, and propose a future research agenda for this new managerial area. Relationship management is based on the development of network analysis and social network theories, which have developed in sociology for more than forty years. Social network theories focus on two research areas—the network structure of social relations and various types of social relations, including resource and trust networks. In addition, the applications of social network theories in ego-centered network studies, organizational behaviors, organizational theory and customer behaviors in the past are reviewed. Furthermore, today’s development of inter-organizational, intra-organizational and customer relationship management is also included, and some future research agendas are proposed, in hope that more researchers devote their energy to this uprising area. Key words: Relationship Management, Social Network Theory, Social Network Analysis, Customer Relationship Management, Organizational Relationship Management, Social Capital. 壹、什么是关系管理? 关系管理还是一个未界定清楚的管理学次领域，本文试着去勾勒与这个领域相关的研究与管理实务。 关系管理这个名词最直接地出现在营销领域，顾客关系管理(Customer Relationship Management) (注3)已经成为当今显学，因为一对一顾客关系管理在各行各业都发展成为重要的服务，比如金融业的贵宾理财，以及很多企业对企业服务的总体解决方案(total solution)。在其它领域则以不同的名称出现，在无形资产或智慧资本(intellectual Capital)中则指涉一种可以由企业外透过策略结盟或授权取得知识的管道为关系资本(Relational Capital
