化妆品化妆品接触性皮炎接触性皮炎的发病机理的发病机理探究探究 化妆品化妆品接触性皮炎接触性皮炎的的发病机理发病机理探究探究 王海涛，何聪芬，董银卯 （北京工商大学北京市植物资源研究开发重点实验室，北京，100037） 摘要：分别讨论了变应性接触性皮炎(allergic contact dermatitis，ACD)和刺激性接触性皮炎(irritant contact dermatitis，ICD) 的发病机理。ACD 是由T 淋巴细胞介导的抗原特异性皮肤过敏反应，以抗原 刺激后局部皮肤出现一系列的皮肤炎症细胞浸润、炎症介质释放为特征，属于迟发IV 型变态反应， 而ICD 是不产生特异性抗体的皮肤炎症；防腐剂、香料香精、乳化剂是引起化妆品接触性皮炎致敏 物的三类主要致敏源，并讨论了人们对化妆品接触性皮炎认识的几个误区。 关键词：化妆品接触性皮炎；变应性接触性皮炎；刺激性接触性皮炎；发病机理；致敏物 Discussion on mechanism of contact dermatitis induced by cosmetics WANG Hai-tao, HE Cong-fen, DONG Yin-mao (Beijing Key Laboratory of Plant Resources Research and Development, Beijing Technology and Business University, Beijing 100037, China) Abstract: In this paper, pathogenesis for allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) and irritant contact dermatitis (ICD) were discussed respectively. ACD is an antigen-specific skin allergies mediated by T cells with the characteristics of delayed hypersensitivity IV. In the process of ACD, a series of infiltration of inflammatory cells and the release of inflammatory mediators will appear after stimulated by allergen. ICD is another kind of skin inflammation without specific antibody. Antiseptic, flavor fragrance and cosmetics emulsifier are the three major sources of allergens causing contact dermatitis. Some misunderstandings about the cosmetic contact dermatitis were also discussed in the paper.
