摘 要 水泥生产的总体流程为：把大块的石灰石通过破碎设备与黄泥铁粉通过计量混合送入原料磨成一定的粒度的生料，经过均化库贮存与均化，送入回转窑煅烧成熟料。现在一般在窑内煅烧前通过五级预热器（旋风式）与窑尾的热窑气进行混合预热预分解（还有窑外分解炉）,窑中的燃料（煤粉）经煤磨后喷入窑中。熟料经冷却与粗碎并加石膏等送入水泥磨磨成符合要求的水泥。预分解窑生产工艺指采用窑外分解新工艺生产的水泥。其生产以悬浮预热器和窑外分解技术为核心，采用新型原料、燃料均化和节能粉磨技术及装备，全线采用计算机集散控制，实现水泥生产过程自动化和高效、优质、低耗、环保。 本次毕业设计是日产熟料5000t预分解窑水泥厂窑尾工艺设计。本次设计的主要内容包括：配料计算；生产过程物料平衡计算和主机设备选型；预热器的物料平衡以及窑尾系统风量计算；五级旋风筒和分解炉的平衡计算以及选型。 在本次设计中，和传统的设计相比，还采用了一些新的工艺技术，例如：高效率立式磨、双系列五级旋风筒等。本次设计采用了利用窑尾废气预热生料和粉煤灰的有效方法来降低系统热耗，把篦冷机出来的多余热气体作为热源来烘干煤粉。本次设计的工艺设备都能有效地降低系统热耗。 关键词：物料平衡；预分解窑；旋风筒；分解炉；新型干法 Abstract Cement production overall process: the large chunks of limestone and clay powder by crushing equipment through metering and mixing into the raw materials into a certain granularity of raw material, after all of the storage and homogenizing, is fed into the rotary kiln calcining mature material.
