摘 要 本文是关于平均日处理为33720m3/d污水的污水处理厂的设计，包括生活污水和工业废水。要求处理后水的50%排入水体，污水处理厂出水水质参考《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）中的一级B标准，并尽量争取提高出水水质。因此确定本污水厂进水水质控制为： BOD=275.3mg/L COD=301mg/L SS=331.7mg/L TN=40mg/L NH3-N=31mg/L TP=3.5mg/L PH=7-8 城市污水经处理后，50%作为城市景观环境用水，用于附近公园水源水。出水水质执行《景观环境用水的再生水水质指标(GB/T 18921-2002)》要求。 根据上饶市的具体情况及出水要求，本设计采用循环式活性污泥法（以下简称CAST）作为生物处理的主体工艺，以保证较好的出水水质，同时，对污泥采用消化处理，将污泥转化为沼气加以回收利用。该工艺流程合理，脱氮除磷效果好。 污水处理流程为：从中格栅到泵房再到细格栅然后进去旋流沉砂池，再进入辐流式初沉池，再进入CAST反应池，进入接触池，最后出水。 污泥处理流程为：从CAST池排出的剩余污泥由污泥泵打入浓缩池，进入贮泥池与初沉池中的污泥汇合，再进入消化池，进入脱水机房，最后外运处置。 中水流程为：处理后的水加药混合到折板絮凝池再到斜管沉淀池，再进入V型滤池，最后经景观回用水泵送至公园。 关键词：生物处理；循环式活性污泥法；脱氮除磷 Abstract This paper introduces the design of sewage treatment plant which can treat sewage about 33720m3 per day, including domestic sewage and industrial sewage. It requires that 50 percent of treated sewage flows into the river, and meets the first degree B of Town sewage processing plant pollutant let standards; Meanwhile, in order to enhance the outlet quality. According to the practical condition of the city of shangrao and the requirement of treated water, the design use Cyclic Activated Sludge Technology(here in after referred to as CAST ) treatment technology to treat the municipal sewage, and CAST is considered as the central and biological reaction pond of biological treatment for a better treatment effiency.
