恶性肿瘤患者NK细胞免疫状态与弓形虫感染关系的研究 韩宇逸1 张英2 顾国平3 尤建良3 徐明* 作者单位：210029南京，南京医科大学（韩宇逸）；江苏省寄生虫病防治研究所（张英、徐明）；江苏省无锡市中医医院（顾国平、尤建良）；*通讯作者 ［摘要］ 目的 通过对恶性肿瘤患者及正常人群血液中NK细胞及弓形虫IgG、IgM检测，探讨恶性肿瘤患者NK细胞免疫状态与弓形虫感染的关系。方法 利用流式细胞术对临床确诊的200例恶性肿瘤（消化系统、呼吸系统）患者及50例正常人群血液进行NK细胞检测，并利用酶联免疫法对上述血液样本进行弓形虫IgG、IgM检测。比较分析恶性肿瘤患者与正常人的弓形虫感染情况；恶性肿瘤NK细胞低下患者与恶性肿瘤NK细胞正常患者及正常人NK细胞正常的弓形虫感染情况。结果 200例恶性肿瘤患者与50例正常人群的弓形虫感染率分别为17.5%和6.0%，统计分析两者有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。200例恶性肿瘤患者中NK细胞低下（NK细胞＜8％）有164例，正常人群血液中NK细胞全部在正常范围内（8%-25%）；164例恶性肿瘤NK细胞低下患者与36例恶性肿瘤NK细胞正常患者的弓形虫感染率分别为20.12%和5.56%，统计分析两者有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论 恶性肿瘤患者的弓形虫感染与NK细胞的免疫状态有关。 ［关键词］ 恶性肿瘤；弓形虫；NK细胞 The study of NK cells in immunune status and Toxoplasma Infection in patients of malignant tumors Han Yu-yi1, Zhang Ying2, Gu Guo-ping3, You jian-liang3, Xu ming2* 1 Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing 210029, China; 2 Jiangsu Institute of Parasitic Diseases, Wuxi, 214064, China; 3 Wuxi Hospital of TCM, Wuxi 214001, Jiangsu, China * Corresponding author [Abstract] Objective To study the relationship of NK cells in immunune status and Toxoplasma Infection in patients of malignant tumors, detect the NK cells and Toxoplasma gondii IgG, IgM in the blood of patients of malignant tumors and normal people. Methods Detect NK cells in the blood samples of 200 cases of malignant tumors (digestive system, respiratory system) patients and 50 cases of normal people with flow cytometry, and Toxoplasma gondii IgG, IgM of the above blood samples with and enzyme-linked immunosorbent. Compare and analysis the infection of T. gondii with malignant tumors and normal people. Low NK cells and NK cells of patients with malignant tumors in patients with normal NK cells and normal people infected with Toxoplasma gondii. Results The rate of Toxoplasma infection of 200 patients with malignant tumors and 50 cases of the normal population were 17.5% and 6.0%, there is significant difference in statistical analysis(P0.05). There was 164 cases of patients with malignant tumor with low NK cells in the the 200 cases(
