The final purpose of logistics management is to reduce logistics costs reached the profit maximization, and in reducing logistics costs, to design the best possible transport scheme is very important. Logistics transport scheme design is to customer delivery requirements pointer, systematic theory and transportation management principle and method to choose the right means of transportation, transportation route, the carrier and the transport content of the decision-making process. This paper, from the transportation design steps to recount, from confirm customer demand, choose the best mode of transportation, transportation route, the means of transport selection and design of information system, and finally to the investment promotion bureau logistics is a actual example concrete analytical once. Hope to let more people further understanding of the knowledge of the transport logistics and content. 【Key words】Mode of transportation；Transportation route；Transportation toll；Best 1招商局物流运输方案的内容 随着社会的进步、经济的发展，物流行业已经成为现代经济生活中非常重要的组成部分。而运输方案设计的优劣直接影响着物流成本的高低，运输通常是物流成本中最大的单项成本，物流节点往往与交通运输节点相一致，因此合理的物流运输方案设计对于提高物流系统效率和效益具有重要意义。 充分与客户交流沟通，确定物流需求 首先是要获得客户对物流运输的要求，再依据该需求确定各项决策变量。物流客户的需求产生于其内生要求，从经济学角度分析，需求与效率及效益结合在一起，一般而言，物流客户只有在外部物流供给的效率和效益超过内部物流满足时，才会去寻求物流的供给。主要为以下几个方面： 物流的总量 要素：运输货物的总量（货物体积总量及总质量）、运输时间、运输地点、运输步骤。
