《民法大全》翻译中的标点符号翻译问题 内容提要: 本文证明,西文标点符号和中文标点符号部分具有各自的起源和个性,部分具有共同的起源和共性,由于两类标点符号系统起源和特性的差异,存在同形的标点符号不同用的现象,因而存在标点符号的翻译问题。在这一前提下,本文探讨了把拉丁法律文献翻译为中文时的标点符号转换问题,尤其探讨了冒号和分号的翻译问题,并谈到了《民法大全》定位符号中的标点符号翻译问题。 关键词: 西文标点符号/中文标点符号/《民法大全》/翻译/定位符号 Abstract: This paper testified that a part of the punctuations ofWestern language and a part of the punctuationsof Chinese language have different origins , and so they have different characteristics, but the other part of punctuationof two kinds of languages has the origin and characteristics in common.
