专业文献综述 题 目: 多头钻床简介 姓 名: 刘金鹏 学 院: 南京农业大学工学院 专 业: 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级: 机制94班 学 号: 指导教师: 杨勇 职称: 2013年2月30日 多轴钻床简介 刘金鹏 工学院机械工程系 09机械设计制造及其自动化 摘要：在现代机械制造业中，企业对专用机床有着广泛的需求。一般钻床劳动强度大，专用性能低，生产率不高且不能保证精度；而多轴专用钻床操纵方便、省力、容易掌握，不易发生操作错误和故障，不仅能减少工人的疲劳，保证工人和钻床的安全，还能提高钻床的生产率。本文针对一般钻床上述种种缺点及参照普通多头钻床的设计思路和方法和针对幕墙钻床的加工对象具体情况设计一台幕墙专用多头钻床，包括总体设计，导轨的设计，动力部件的设计（动力头，刀架，工作台，夹具）[1]和底座的设计，力求达到满足性能要求，经济效益和人机关系等技术经济指标，以满足厂方的使用要求。 关键词：多轴钻床、导轨、生产率、设计、幕墙多头钻床、动力头 An introduction to the Multi-axis drilling machine Abstract :In the modern machinery manufacturing, enterprise has been be widely demand for special machine tool.
