Journalism A Study of Interpretation Report of Monetary Policy Candidate: Zuoweina Supervisor: Prof. Yangxiuguo Academic Degree Applied for: Master of Journalism Specialty: Journalism University: Hebei University Date of Oral Examination: June,2012 摘 摘  要 要  货币政策作为国家宏观调控的重要手段，通过社会资金总量的调节对国民经济的发 展发挥着重要作用。随着政策影响的范围不断加大，大众对于货币政策的信息需求也是 日益增加。货币政策新闻由最初公告式报道发展为后来的解读性报道，报道的形式呈现 多元化发展的趋势。媒体的政策解读报道是一个信息释放过程，大众媒体通过对货币政 策进行预测、报道、分析和阐释来填补意义的空白，提供信息的同时也在引导受众舆论。 本文从货币政策自身特点出发，对解读报道的历史和现状进行梳理，从如何实现解读的 专业性与可读性的统一方面进行了分析。首先，文章从解读主体的角色模糊，解读观点 的碎片化呈现对政策解读的真实性进行了阐释，其次，以动态传播理论对解读报道分析 全局性进行，力求报道具有全面性、专业性和深度性。最后，对解读报道的可读性进行 了探讨，并提出了解读的办法，力图使媒体更好的对货币政策进行全方位解读，令报道 更具时效性、客观性、通俗性和可读性。  关键词 货币政策  解读报道  动态传播  可读性  I Abstract Abstract Monetary policy，as an important means of macro control, plays a major role on the development of national economy by means of adjusting the total amount of the social capital. As the sphere of policy influence becomes larger, the public demand for the information concerning monetary policy is growing quickly, the monetary policy news has developed the interpretation reports from the initial announcement type reports, and the form of reports become diversified trend.The policy interpretation reported is an information release process, The mass media fill the blank of meaning of monetary policy through ,forecast, analysis and interpretation.It provide information but also guide the public opinion .This article analysis the history and present situation of monetary policy reports on the characteristics, in order to realize the professional and readability.
