河南工程学院毕业论文 ERP环境下会计人才培养问题 学生姓名 系（部） 会计系 专 业 会计电算化 指导教师 2011年6 月 8 日摘 要 随着会计信息化的发展，ERP在我国企业得到了广泛应用，也取得了初步成效，但由于缺乏懂得E RP管理理念和应用操作的信息化人才，与企业应用ERP的目标相比仍存在较大的差距。改革现有的会计信息化教学模式，为社会培养精通ERP的会计人才成为当前高校财会专业的重要任务。本文介绍了国内企业ERP信息系统的发展，在分析企业应用ERP信息系统中财会人员角色定位的基础上，提出了高校财会人才素质培养的要求，并建议通过校企共建ERP实验中心、建立高质量的校外实践基地的方式培养适应ERP环境的高素质财会人才，并从教学内容、教学方式、考核方式等方面提出建立适应ERP环境会计信息化教学模式的新举措。 关键词： ERP管理理念 会计人才培养 信息化教学模式 Abstract With the development of informationization, ERP has been widely used in Chinese enterprises and also made preliminary achievements. However,for lack of informationized personnel who are specialized in management concept ,application and operation of ERP, there is still a long way to go for enterprises to achieve the goal of putting ERP in use. Therefore, it is an essential task for the finance and accounting major in universities to reform the current accounting information teaching mode and cultivate accounting personnel who are proficient in ERP for society. This paper presents the development of ERP system in domestic enterprises and puts forward a requirement that universities should pay more attention to improving the quality of the finance and accounting personnel based on the analysis of the role of the finance and accounting personnel in the process that enterprises put EPR information system in use. In addition, in this paper, it suggests that we should cultivate more high-quality personnel who are adaptable to the ERP environment by means of establishing high-quality off-campus practice base and establishing ERP experimental center with the cooperation between school and enterprises.
