硫酸法金红石钛粉厂黑段的设计方案.doc

摘 要 钛白粉是目前世界上性能最佳的白色颜料，被广泛应用于涂料、塑料、造纸、油墨、橡胶、化纤等工业。由于钛白粉生产需要较大资金的投入，另外还存在着工艺过程复杂、关键技术保密、三废处理困难等特殊性，尽管我国钛资源十分丰富，但钛白工业却相对落后。 本课题主要研究内容是设计4万吨/年硫酸法金红石钛粉厂黑段的设计。包括工艺技术方案的选择、原辅材料、燃料及动力的供应、节能、环境保护等的讨论，并绘制带控制点的工艺流程图，通过选择合理的工艺路线，进行产能的优化，最终达到设计的合理性和可行性。关键词 钛白，，工艺  ABSTRACT Titanium pigment is currently the best performance of white paint, and it is widely used in the coatings, plastics, papermaking, printing ink, rubber, chemical fiber and other industries.
