MR. HE GUANGBEI
Mr. He is the Chairman of Nanyang Commercial Bank, Limited (the
“Bank”). He is Vice Chairman and Chief Executive of both BOC Hong
Kong (Holdings) Limited (“BOCHK (Holdings)”) and Bank of China
(Hong Kong) Limited (“BOCHK”). Mr. He is also the Chairman of
Nanyang Commercial Bank (China), Limited (“NCB (China)”), Chiyu
Banking Corporation Limited, BOC Group Life Assurance Company
Limited (“BOC Life”), Vice Chairman of Hong Kong General Chamber
of Commerce, and Director of Hong Kong Note Printing Limited, Hong
Kong Interbank Clearing Limited and HKICL Services Limited. He is the
designated representative of BOCHK to the Hong Kong Association of
Banks where he served as the presiding Chairman in 2008. He holds
various public positions which include member of the HKMA Exchange
Fund Advisory
