四川师范大学本科毕业论文 论如何解决中小企业融资 论如何解决中小企业融资 内容摘要：通过近几年的努力，我国中小企业生存与发展的社会环境、信用环境和政策环境有了一定的改善，但与国外扶持中小企业发展的状况相比差距仍然很大，特别是缺乏与增加就业、关注弱势群体和扩大内需等形势要求相适应的扶持中小企业发展的过硬措施。中小企业面临的融资环境仍然十分严峻，在这种情况下， 如何解决中小企业融资难的问题，就十分迫切地摆在了我们的面前，需要我们提出新的思路。解决中小企业融资问题的基本思路是：在政策性金融的辅导下，直接融资与间接融资一起发展。中小企业获取金融服务的前提条件是提升企业自身地位和竞争能力，只有提高中小企业的地位和市场竞争能力，才能改变其在市场经济中的资金融资问题，要做到这一点，唯一的出路是中小企业机制转换、与以银行为主体的金融机构协调配合，才能有效地缓解和解决市场经济条件下中小企业融资难的问题。 关键词：中小企业 企业融资 直接融资 间接融资 On how to solve the financing of SMEs Abstract: Through the efforts of recent years, Chinas small and medium enterprises survive and develop the social environment, credit environment and the policy environment has definitely improved, but the development of SMEs with foreign support for the gap is still large compared to the situation, especially the lack of increase in employment , attention to vulnerable groups and to expand domestic demand situation and suited to the tough measures to support SME development. Financing environment facing SMEs is still very serious, in this case, how to solve the financing problem of SMEs on a very urgent task in front of us, we need to put forward new ideas. To solve the financing problem of SMEs basic idea is: the policy of financial counseling, along with direct financing and indirect financing development. SME access to financial services is a prerequisite to enhance the status and competitiveness of the enterprises themselves, only the position of SMEs and market competitiveness in order to change its capital in a market economy financing, to achieve this, the only way out SMEs of mechanisms, with the main bank for the coordination of financial institutions in order to effectively alleviate and resolve market economy SME financing issues.
