本科毕业设计(论文) ——新型马路划线机设计 新型马路划线的机设计 摘 要 马路划线机广泛应用于道路、停车场、机场等环境的标记线铺设中，目前市场上常用的有手推式划线机和智能划线机。手推式划线机工人劳动强度大，难以铺设均匀间隔线，而智能划线机成本高昂，且基本依赖进口，难以大面积推广。 通过对国内外现有现状及关键技术的分析，本文对手推式马路划线机进行系统的分析、改进，设计出了一种以电动机为动力源，以制动装置作为整个系统的控制核心，以变速器作为驱动核心，加以相应的辅助电路完成了整个系统的设计，包括过滤系统，搅拌系统，保温系统，传动系统等设计。并设计了设计整机外观，通过设计手推式车轮结构以及圆筒形的料筒，使其外观看起来简洁，划线整齐顺畅，方便操作。以上设计保证了自走式划线机的结构设计要求。通过机构改进实现了常规间断标记线的铺设，将自动化和低成本统一起来，实现划线设备的升级。满足功能要求。 关键词:划线机；电动机；机构改进；间断标记； New Design of Road Marking Machine Abstract Road marking machine is widely used in road, parking lot, airport, etc environment tag line laying, has hand push type on the market at present commonly used marker and intelligent marking machine. Hand push type marking machine workers labor intensity big, hard line laid evenly spacing, and the intelligence of the high cost of marker and basic dependent on imports, difficult to large area promotion. Through the analysis of existing status and key techniques at home and abroad, this article rivals push road marker systems analysis, improvement, devised a motor as power source, with brake as the control core of the whole system, with transmission as a core, take the corresponding auxiliary circuit to complete the design of the entire system, including the filtering system, mixing system, insulation system, transmission system design. And designed the machine appearance design, through the design hand push type wheel structure and cylindrical cylinder, make its appearance looks clean, neat line is smooth, convenient operation. The above design ensures the self-propelled marker and structural design requirements.
