Title Implementation mechanisms efficient convenient principle of administrative law research Abstract There are many low efficiency and trival situations occurred in the specific administrative actions of administrative organs ,and it’s really a big problem we are facing in the construction of law society. Improving the efficient and convenient principle constantly, and establishing a complete mechanism to meet the needs are significant for the reform of the administrative organ. The existing system environment, institutions and legal norm for the building provides the possibility of the implementation mechanism. Time limits, centralized auditing, information disclosure mechanism, democratic legislation to improve the timeliness, helps to realize the timeliness ,convenience, initiative and diversity of administrative organs .At the same time, supervision and accountability mechanisms and the establishment of the judicial relief system provide reliable protection for the efficient and convenient principle.
