未来城c区2#楼施工组织设计 摘　　要 ? 本工程位于河北省保定市七一东路与三环到路交叉口，名称为未来城C区2号楼。设计单位为保定建筑设计院，建筑高度58.340米，地上20层，地上建筑面积8924.53㎡；地下建筑面积为：1780.8㎡。其中地下一层，为戊类储藏室，建筑面积为：890.04㎡，地下二层为戊类储藏室，建筑面积为：890.04㎡。设计合理使用年限为50年；论文根据设计单位提供的施工图纸资料，施工项目现场条件和完成项目施工成本所需的技术、人力、物力资源量，拟定出的施工方案。在技术上、组织上、施工管理运作上，尽可能的作出全面、合理、科学的安排，以保证项目施工优质、高效、经济和安全、环保的完成施工任务。 ? 关键词：施工技术；质量；进度；安全 Future?city C District?2#?building construction?organization design Abstract The project is located at seven one east Hebei road in Baoding city and the Sanhuan Road intersection,the name for the future city C District No. 2.
