前言
本次课程设计主要是
我们通过此次课程设计实践环节巩固和加强《机电传动控制》课程所学的知识,掌握课程知识实际应用的能力。学会运用机电传动控制的原理和分析问题,解决问题的方法。同时在设计过程中,综合已学知识,完成简单完整的控制系统设计,以增强控制系统设计能力,完成PLC控制程序设计,增强编程软件使用的能力,并在联机程序调试过程中,增强实际操作能力。
本次课程设计我们可以获得综合运用所学的基本理论、基本知识、基本技能,独立分析和解决实际问题的能力;培养应用现代信息技术手段获得信息、利用信息解决问题的能力和相应的思维方式;培养进行科学研究、产品开发等方面的能力;培养严肃、认真、科学的工作作风和勇于进取开拓的创新精神。
水平有限,设计中的错误和不妥之处必然存在,恳请老师批评指正。
课程设计任务分析
2.1 设备机构组成分析
本题目针对上图所示运送系统设备设计相应的电气控制系统。图示输送系统有成直角分布的2条传送带、附属带的物品移动机构和1辆物品运送小车组成。物品运送系统将位于传送带1始端的物品送至尾端,然后通过物品移动机构将物品移送到传送带2始端,传送带2传送物品到带尾端,并通过物品移动机构将物品推入运送小车,运送小车运送物品到其他指定地点。系统中传送带和运送小车由电动机驱动,物品移动机构采用液压系统驱动,通过行程开关检测各个运动部件是否到达预定位置。系统设备结构及运动部件工作循环如图2-1所示。
