摘 要 煤炭在中国能源中占有重要地位， 随着世界经济的发展，能源的需求日益增加，而今能源供应大部分还是来自于有限的一次能源，这就要求充分利用这些有限资源。在选煤厂的新建、改建、扩建中，采用先进的洗选加工工艺，合理的选煤厂总体设计，先进可靠的配套装备，及科学的管理方法是煤矿生产的必由之路。设备的大型化、工艺流程的简单化是未来煤炭洗选重点发展的方向。 本设计以东滩和兴隆庄原始资料为基础，通过对原始资料的分析，设计出合理的工艺流程，鲍店选煤厂煤质为难选煤，因此本设计采用预先脱泥的三产品重介+浮选流程，原煤脱泥后，0.5—50mm进入三产品重介质旋流器分选，产品为精煤、中煤和矸石三种。小于0.5mm粒级和磁选尾矿进入浮选机分选。本工艺流程简单适用，易于生产管理，一次性建设投资少。 工艺流程确定后，接下来进行的是工艺流程的计算，通过精确的计算得出合适的工艺指标参数，然后通过计算选择合适的设备及其台数，对车间进行恰当的布置。最后，对整个厂房进行了总体规划，使各个生产环节间与辅助设施间构成了一个有机的整体。此外，本设计还对电气，给排水，采暖通风等方面进行了简单阐述。 关键词：选煤工艺流程；可选性；三产品重介旋流器 Abstract Coal in China energy occupies an important position,Along with the world economics development, the demand for energy increasing, Now most of the energy supply come from the limited energy.
