摘 要 管式反应器由于采用细长管道，有较大的传热面积，故有利于外部夹套传热介质的热量传递。管式超高压反应器主要零件由承受超高压的内管和夹套所组成，采用超高压聚乙烯装置用的超高压无缝钢管，反应流体全靠压差流动，流速甚快，停留时间约一分钟,管子连接和组装结构通过盘管结构型式连接而成。 开始，通过超高压反应器的生产聚乙烯的年产量，通过工艺选择合适的流速，计算出聚乙烯进料的管口内径，选用标准规格管子的公称直径。其次，根据反应物在管内停留的时间，计算出整个反应器管子长度。然后，根据直管材料与公称直径，选用合适配套的弯管材料与公称直径。通过计算直管和弯管的强度并校核，确定强度是否满足要求；根据夹套工作压力、工作温度和流动介质，选用合适的材料，计算夹套的壁厚，夹套选用的公称直径，再通过水压试验，确定夹套强度是否满足要求。最后，选择合适的超高压反应器的附件，反应器管道间的连接形式，以及反应管子支撑形式和整体排列形式。 关键字： 超高压管式反应器；夹套；超高压设计；弯管；  Abstract Tubular reactor with an elongated conduit, has larger heat transfer area, which is favorable for the external jacket heat medium heat transferUltra-high pressure reactor is made of inner tube whiche is used to bear high pressure and clamping push,using a dedicated high pressure seamless steel pipe specifications for ultra-high pressure polyethylene , the fluid flowing depends on pressure, it flows very fast in reaction tube which is several hundred meters even up to thousand meters , and it stay a more or less one minute. In order to prevent polymer product sticking to the tube wall and causing an explosion because of occlude of reaction tube ,so we have to increase gas flow rate in the pipe as quickly as possible , or taking the action of pulse operation. Connection and assembly of the structure connect through the formation of coil structure. At firstl, through the production of ultra-high pressure polyethylene reactors output, through the process of selecting suitable flow rate, the calculation of the polyethylene feed pipe diameter, choice of standard nominal pipe diameter. Then, according to the reaction tube to stay in time, to calculate the length of the tube reactor. Secondly, in accordance with straight pipe material and nominal diameter of the pipe support selection of appropriate materials and nominal diameter.
