Different from the branches of the bank, the bank is an institutional level villages. Establish village is to solve the bank in existing rural banking financial institutions, low coverage insufficient competition, financial supply, financial services invalidation etc financial repression problem, better construction of rural financial ecological environment. But as a new thing, the study found that the villages in the establishment and development of the bank still has some new problems.
