北京工业大学耿丹学院 毕业设计（论文） 题目：社区社会组织的生存环境探析－以东城区巧娘工作室为例 姓 名 张骁 系 名 人文社会科学系 专 业 公共事业管理 指导教师 程为敏 日 期 2012年5月17日 2012年 5 月 17 日 摘　　要 社区社会组织是城市经济社会发展到一定阶段的必然要求和社区服务深入发展的产物。草根组织又是中国现阶段社会组织的发展的产物，但没有形成成熟的社会组织体系和服务机制。实践证明，草根组织承担了社会组织部分社会管理、协调和服务职能，利用并启动了社会资源，弥补了政府和市场的不足，在推进和谐社区建设和构建和谐社会中发挥了重要作用。当前，在中国构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景下，积极培育和发展草根组织，促进草根组织良好发展，具有十分重要的现实意义。 本文通过分析巧娘社会组织的背景、运行、意义和功能作用，在深入调查访问的基础上，对政府管理人员、组织主要负责人、组织成员进行了深入访谈，从培育发展、建设运行和监督管理三个方面，分析了巧娘发展协会的现状，做出了客观评价。 通过理论和实证分析，指出了当前巧娘工作室的困境和问题，剖析了造成困境和问题的主要原因。 关键词：巧娘工作室；生存状况；草根组织 Abstract Community social organization is the product of in-depth development of the inevitable requirement of the urban economic and social development to a certain stage and community service.
