星式球磨机的设计 摘 要 随着社会科技的发展，为了提高粉磨效率，满足生产工艺要求，在球磨机规格限定的条件下构思了星式球磨机摩擦传动机构。首先，根据星式球磨机的规格选择了该球磨机的主要技术参数，并且选择了摩擦轮传动的类型和摩擦轮的材料,以及摩擦轮传动机构的方案论证与选择。其次，通过计算对摩擦传动机构中重要数据经行演算并且确定：这里面包括各个传动比和轴径的确定，其中包含初定传动比、电动机的选择、偶合器的选择、减速器的选择、按转矩估算轴径、轴承和轴承座的选择、联轴器的选择等；滚子的个数及分组；滚子的结构设计；轴的结构设计；筒体轴向限位装置的设计等。而且还设计了一种开流形式能实现圈流工艺的粉磨工艺系统，采取了使用新型高效筛分隔仓板和出料装置，并且调整了各个仓长等方法解决上述问题。同时采用了筒体焊接的新工艺，降低了磨机的生产成本。 关键词：球磨机；电动机；耦合器；减速器 全套图纸加1360715675 Abstract With the development of science and technology, in order to improve the grinding efficiency, meet the requirements of the production process, in the ball mill specifications conditions of idea star ball friction driving mechanism.
