买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 摘 要 调度绞车是一种全齿传动机械。齿轮传动系统又称轮系。根据轮系传动时各齿轮轴线在空间的相对位置是否固定，可分为定轴轮系和周转轮系。定轴轮系又有外啮合圆柱齿轮传动和内啮合圆柱齿轮传动之分，而周转轮系又有差动传动和行星传动之分。调度绞车的传动齿轮既有内啮合圆柱齿轮传动，又有行星传动，所以调度绞车又称内齿轮行星传动绞车。 调度绞车是煤矿的辅助运输设备之一，主要供井下或地面装载站调度编组矿车及在中间巷道中托运矿车及做其他辅助运输之用，直接关系到煤矿的正常生产。调度绞车结构简单、重量不大、移动方便，而被广泛应用于矿山地面、冶金矿场或建筑工地等进行调度和其它运输工作。调度绞车结构尺寸和重量较小、钢丝绳速度不高,安装及撤除操作方便、启动平稳、故障率低、常见故障易处理、维护方便。调度绞车是常用来调度车辆及进行辅助牵引作业的一种绞车。常用于矿井巷道中拖运矿车及辅助搬运，也可用在采掘工作面、装车站调度空、重载矿车。[1] 此设计进行了调度绞车的方案设计，并进行了比较分析，对其结构和主要部件经行了设计及强度校核。并对绞车的控制电路进行了设计。 关键词：调度绞车；齿轮传动；轮系 Abstract Dispatch hoist is a full gear transmission machinery.
