买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 摘 要 汽车制动性能的检测，作为机动车安全检测中最重要项目之一，一直是大家关注的焦点。制动检测设备怎样才能客观准确地检测出汽车的制动性能，使其更好地服务于社会、造福于人民，与我们的被检对象机动车的现状是分不开的。近几年来，我国机动车保有量急剧增加，机动车安全运行的问题越来越突出，加强机动车的管理，重视机动车辆的安全技术检测，成为整个社会，特别是公安、交通部门有待研究解决的重要课题。 由于ABS能显著改善汽车的制动性能，现已成为汽车制动系统的基本设备，随着ABS在汽车上的应用日益广泛，如何准确、快速、有效地检测ABS工作性能已是一项十分紧迫的任务。目前，国内外对汽车ABS工作性能的检测广泛采用的方法是实际装车路试，但从试验情况来看，该法存在着三个方面的缺陷:费用高、周期长、精度低。为克服这些不足，实现对ABS工作性能检测台架化是一个有前景的方向途径。 本文正是针对这些情况而在检测台架化方面做了几点工作: ABS试验台 设计 ABSTRACT The testing of the performance of automobile braking, one of the most important items of safety testing of motor vehicles , is always our attention focus. How to test the performance of braking objectively and accurately and how to make it serve the society and benefit the people can’t be separated from the present situation of motor vehicles which need testing ， In recent years, the number of motor vehicles in our country is increasing rapidly, and at the same time, the problem of safe driving is more and more striking. Therefore, it is an important task to be studied and solved for the whole society, especially for the department of the public security and the department of transportation to strengthen the amnagement of motor vehicles and attach importance to the safety testing of them. Because ABS can prominently improve the automobile braking capability, it has become a basic equipment of Automobile Braking System. with ABS being applied on automobile more and more abroadly , how to inspect the capability of ABS nicely ,quickly and efficiently has become a very urgent task. At present, the widely used ways on inspecting ABS capability is the site automobile-test. But from trial result ,it discovers three aspets of limitation: costly expenditure，long periods and low nicety. In order to get over these limitations to realize the platformization on inspecting ABS capability is a fore-ground direction and approach..
