硕 士 学 位 论 文 论文题目 影响浙江电网安全运行的人的因素研究 作者姓名 吴俊健 指导教师 宝贡敏 教授 学科(专业) 工商管理硕士 所在学院 管理学院 提交日期 2006年12月 摘 要 电网运行安全关系到国计民生，关系到千家万户，对电网公司而言更是至关重要，是其社会责任和政治责任的基本体现，同时也是其取得经济效益的基础。人一方面是最积极最活跃的因素，另一方面也是引起各种事故发生的主要原因。因此对影响电网安全运行的人的因素进行深入研究，显然具有重大的实践意义和价值。 本研究工作主要包括两个方面：（1）构建出的测量量表，探索的因子；（2）运用研究各个因子与、的关系。 针对上述两个方面的内容，本研究以样本，在基础上，设计了相应的变量测量项目，并且通过预调研。共发放问卷份，其中有效样本份。 本研究采用SPSS 1.0对调查数据进行统计分析，得到主要结论如下：（1）；（2）；（3）（4）；（5） 关键词：人因分析 电网运行安全 安全控制力 不安全行为 Abstract A safe power grid is of great significance to the society, particularly to the power grid enterprises as it not only embodies social responsibilities and political duties of the enterprises but also acts as the basis for their economic benefits. Human resources being the most active factor in the society and also the major cause of various accidents, it is of great practical value to do an in-depth research on the role of human factors in a secure power grid. Mainly, the research includes the following two aspects: (1) to work out a measurement gauge which measures human factors influencing operating safety of power grid of Zhejiang Province and to explore influential human factors in the power grid and (2) to statistically investigate relationships among influential factors, safety control and unsafe behaviors. This research takes the power operation of Zhejiang Province Electric Power Company (ZPEPC) and its power operation personnel as samples. Based on a human factors analysis, the accident causing theory and interviews of professionals, the research defines related variable measurements. Following the pilot study, a formal questionnaire study was carried out. There were a total of 280 questionnaires handed out and 235 of them are effective.
