 Foshan University 本科生毕业论文 佛山市社会保障制度建设问题研究 学 院： 经济管理 专 业： 人力资源管理 学 号： 2010554115 学生姓名： 杨伟坚 指导教师： 陈玳讲师 二〇一四年五月 摘 要 改革开放之后，我国中小企业处于快速发展当中，是支撑国民经济中重要的力量。统计中，目前我国注册了的中小企业数量达1千万间以上，在全国已经在线注册了企业当中占9成9以上。在国民经济当中，它的总产量高达2/3，就业人数占企业职工总数目的7成，是全国的实现利税4成，。但中小企业经济上高占有率下出现的却是良莠不齐的社会保障现状，不平衡的区域发展，绝大多数的中小企业职工不在社会保障范围之内，这让职工们无法得到最基本的生活保障，严重地制约着中小企业的发展。 本文希望介绍社会保障制度其含义与作用，让读者对社会保障制度有一定的认识，再根据现阶段佛山中小企业社会保障制度建设的基本现状，深入分析社会保障制度的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁，剖析社会保障制度的不足，提出应对社会保障制度建设的几个可行对策。 关键词：中小企业；社会保障；缺陷；人力资源；完善  Abstract Research on the problem of Foshan city social security system construction Yang wei-jian Since the reform and opening up, Chinas small and medium-sized enterprises have developed rapidly, has become an important force for national economic development.
