本科生毕业论文 我国工会维权机制问题研究 姓　名 学　号 专　业 指导教师 2014年5月16日 摘要 改革开放以来，在建设中国特色社会主义过程中，伴随着我国经济体制和政治体制的改革，我国劳动关系发生了深刻变化，劳动纠纷增加、人民收入差距拉大、社会利益矛盾凸显，诸如“过劳死”、“吸尘肺”等严重侵犯职工合法权益的事件也屡出不穷。作为以维护职工合法权益为基本职责的工会组织面临质疑和巨大挑战。因此，在当前新的劳动关系下，工会组织如何在更大程度上发挥维权职能，缓解劳资冲突，成为我国经济发展和构建和谐社会的重要前提，是摆在每一位工会工作者面前亟待解决的突出题。 工会的职能主要体现为“维护、建设、参与、教育”这四个方面，充分地发挥工会的职能，对于劳资关系的协调、企业的发展壮大、和谐社会的构建都具有重大的意义。本文通过对我国工会的基本职能、性质属性和维权职能履行现状、存在的问题和原因以及工会维权职能的影响因素分析，在特色社会主义维权观的指导下提出转型期工会维权道路发展的方向。 关键词：核心职能；维权机制；中国特色社会主义维权观 Abstract Since the reform and opening up, China has undergone great changes in labor relations along with Chinas economic and political system reforms during the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. With the addition of labor disputes, the increase of income gap and the prominent contradictions of social interests, serious violations of the legitimate rights and interests of workers often occurs, such as death from overwork and dust lung. So the trade unions, whose basic duty is to protect employee’s legitimate rights and interests, are facing grand challenge and questioning. Therefore, in the current new labor relations, the ways to make the trade unions play a greater function in protecting rights and relieving labor-management conflict becomes a premise of building harmonious society and development of economy, as well as an outstanding problem should be resolved by every trade unionists. Union functions mainly as maintenance, construction, participation and education these four aspects. Give full play to the functions of trade unions, the labor relations coordination, business development and growth, building a harmonious society are of great significance.
