We will get the causes of the problem of middle school education resultant force through the research: firstly, the deficiency of families in the education resultant force of middle school ; secondly, the lack of the integration in the school’s education; thirdly, the negative influence of social education. We can use the following ways to build the middle school education resultant force : firstly, To strengthen the family education;secondly, the school integrate education ; thirdly,we should use the social education resources rationally. Key words：iddle school students; class education resultant force; formation pathways 一、绪论 （一）选题缘由 当前教育问题是社会的一个热点问题和一个难题。说起教育，我们首先想到的是学校，许多人会说教育是学校的事，一方面有些家长和社会都把教育孩子的任务交给了学校，从而造成孩子接受教育的单一化问题；另一方面，有些家长特别关注孩子的学习，但是教育方式和学校不能达成一致，反而出现了教育分歧，造成教育的矛盾化问题，导致孩子有了更大的困惑。我们需要做的就是通过多方面的力量来形成一致的教育合力来解除孩子心中的困惑。只有形成了良好的班级教育合力，才能很好地促进孩子各方面的发展。但是现实中班级教育合力的形成情况并不是太好，在班级中其重要作用的是班主任，而对于班级的教育方面家长参与的太少，其他任课教师只关注孩子本学科的知识学习等问题，导致孩子回家后作业没有人检查，只依靠教师单方面的力量无法保证每一个孩子的进步。任课教师的不交流导致孩子偏科现象严重等消极影响。因此需要对中学班级教育合力的形成进行研究，从而找出形成班级教育合力的良好途径。 （二）研究意义 学校、家庭、社会三方面教育协调一致，相互配合，形成班级教育合
