买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 摘 要 使发动机从静止状态过渡到工作状态的全过程，叫发动机的起动。起动机的主要作用是将蓄电池的电能转换为机械能，产生电磁转矩，并将转矩传给发动机飞轮，带动发动机起动运转。起动开关用于接通起动机电磁开关烧电路，以使电磁开关通电工作。汽油发动机的起动开关与点火开关组合在一起，即点火开关设有起动档。起动继电器用于保护起动开关，防止大的电流直接通过起动开关而使之烧蚀。 起动机在使用过程中，要定期对其进行检查、测试，以便于发现故障隐患，及时排除，使起动机保持良好的工作状态，延长起动机的使用寿命。起动机发生故障时，通过测试，能快速、准确地查找出故障发生的原因和部位。 通过实验掌握起动机的试验方法，掌握起动机不运转故障的判断排除方法，掌握起动机运转无力故障的判断与排除方法，以便于以后快速、准确地查找故障发生的原因和部位。 关键词：起动机；测试；电磁开关；故障；电磁转矩 ABSTRACT The engine is the transition from the resting state to a working state of the whole process, which is called engine starting. The main role of the starting system is to battery electric energy to mechanical energy conversion. And it produces the electromagnetic torque, and a torque is transmitted to the engine flywheel, drive the engine starting operation. Starting switch for switching starter electromagnetic switch firing circuit, so that the electromagnetic switch work. Gasoline engine starting switch and the ignition switch are combined together, namely the ignition switch is provided with a starting gear. The starting system relay starting switch for protection, to prevent large current directly through the starting switch and the ablation. Starter during use, regularly inspect, test, in order to facilitate the discovery of hidden trouble, eliminated in time, make the starter to maintain good working condition, prolonging the service life of the starter. Starter fault, through testing, can quickly, accurately find out the fault causes and parts. Through experiments in starter test method, master the starter not running fault exclusion method, master the starter powerless running fault diagnosis and removal method, in order to quickly, accurately locate fault cause and site.
